Answer :-

Given :-

  • Atomic Mass of Al = 27 g

  • Moles of Al = 4 moles

To Find :-

  • Mass - M

Solution :-

We know that,

\boxed{\sf Moles = \dfrac{Given \: Mass}{Molecular \: Mass}}

Substituting the value in formula :-

\sf 4 = \dfrac{M}{27}

\sf M = 4 \times 27

\sf M = 108

Required Mass = 108 g

Question

If the atomic mass of aluminium is 27 g, calculate the mass for 4 moles of aluminium atoms?

Answer

Given:-

Atomic mass of aluminium = 27g

To calculate = Mass for 4moles of alluminium atoms

Calculation

The Atomic mass,

For one mole of alluminium = 27g

For four mole of alluminium = 27 × 4g = 108g

Therefore, the mass for 4 moles of alluminium is 18g.

Aluminium

  • The symbol of alluminium Al
  • Atomic number 13.
  • Aluminium has a density lower than those of other common metals, at approximately one third that of steel.
  • Aluminium has a great affinity towards oxygen
