explanation

The reason it is more difficult to drink tea from a metal cup as apposed to a chinese clay cup is because metal is a great conductor to heat and the chinese clay cups aren't.

If you pour a liquid into a metal cup it will conduct the temperature of the substance quite quickly and the whole metal cup will become that tempreture (including the handle on the tea cup)

However, clay is not a good conductor of heat. So providing your boiling hot tea is not filled right to the rim, it would be easier to drink from than a metal cup. The top of the cup would be warm but not boiling like the metal cup. And the handle would not become so hot either making it a more pleasant experiance when drinking tea from a clay cup.

You wouldnt burn yourself as easily with a clay cup. You'd probably have blisters around your mouth from drinking boiling hot tea from a metal cup.

Answer:

here is the answer

Explanation:

the china clay cups are bad conductors of heat. On the other hand as we know metals are good conductors of heat , so the become very hot on pouring the hot tea . And also the handle of the cup becomes hot. Hence it becomes difficult for us to sip tea from a hot cup.

so china clay cups rather become warmer on pouring rather than boiling like the metal ones.

so this is the reason it is easier to drink tea from a china glass rather than a metal cup which could burn your lips .

hope this helps you !!!!
