The range of the position of the number = Between 65 and 75

To find,

The number which lies in the given range and as well as a multiple of 8.

Solution,

We can easily solve this mathematical problem by using the table of 8.

From the table of 8, we get the list of multiples of 8. From those multiples we just need to find out the necessary one.

8×1 = 8  8×3 = 24  8×5 = 40  8×7 = 56 8×9 =72

8×2 = 16  8×4 = 32  8×6 = 48  8×8 = 64

Now, the multiple of 8 which is obtained by multiplying 8 with 9, is the necessary number which satisfy all the given criteria in the question.

Hence, 72 is the multiple.
