8*(4/3)\pi r^{3}  = (4/3)\pi R^{3} \\

Solving,

we get, R=2r

Now terminal speed is directly proportional to the square of the radius. Thus

v_{1} /v_{2} = r^{2}/R^{2}\\ \\

Substituting the values,

0.1/v_2=r^2/2r\\v_2=4*0.1\\ Therefore,\\v_2= 0.4 m/s^2
