Not all of the media has to be unbiased. That is why Newspapers have editorial/opinion sections. Having a bias there is expected and helps people see different sides of the “NEWS” that is being reported. That is the job of the opinion/editorial section of the media. What has become a problem is the hard news side. We want a free press so that they will be able to give us details of what is actually unfolding in front of us, in the country and around the world. We know that politicians spin everything. We know politicians and political parties have partisan views that are sometimes in direct opposition of each other.
