Where E = Energy

P= Power and T = Time

So When the conductor will receive 85.5 J of energy for 9 sec then power will be dissipate obviously. So we are using this formula to calculate this power dissipation. Beacuse power dissipation will occur in every conductor small or large beacuse there must be some resistance in the wire.

So by the formula,

P = E/T = 85.5 / 9 = 9.5 Watt

This 9.5 Watt power will be dissipated as heat in the following conductor.
