To Find : How many Diyas should the craft teacher order to the nearest 10?​

Solution:

Given number = 87

nearest 10

Hence unit digits to be rounded off

if unit digit is less than 5 then then unit digit will be replaced by 0

and tens digit will remain same

if unit digit is 5 or greater than 5 then unit digit will be replaced by 0

and tens digit will increase by 1

Unit digit is 7

7 > 5

Hence  tens digit 8 + 1 = 9

Hence 90 Diyas  craft teacher  should order to nearest 10
