Hi. Rounding off to nearest 10s means to make the number a multiple of 10, if the digit at ones place is 5 or greater than 5, then, we round it off to the next 10s; else we round it off the the previous 10s. For example,
54 -> 50
33 -> 30
56 -> 60
77 -> 80
And, similarly,
89 when rounded off to the nearest 10s becomes 90...........
54 -> 50
