Correct Question:

 {8x}^{2}  + 16xy + 8 {y}^{2}

We will find the answer for this question :

First taking common value 8 out and splitting.

8(x^{2}  + 2xy + y^{2} )

For verification we can multiple the answer.

Verification :

8( {x}^{2}  + 2xy +  {y}^{2} ) =  {8x}^{2}  + 16xy +  {8y}^{2}

Hence our answer is correct.
