Solution :

 \sf\implies \frac{8x + 2}{2x - 3}  =  \frac{4x}{x - 3} \\  \\ \large \sf By \: cross \: multiply \\  \\ \sf\implies(x - 3)(8x + 2) = 4x(2x - 3) \\  \\ \sf\implies 8 {x}^{2} + 2x - 24x - 6 =  {8x}^{2} - 12x \\  \\\sf\implies 8 {x}^{2} - 8 {x}^{2} - 22x + 12x = 6 \\  \\\sf\implies  - 10x = 6 \\  \\\sf\implies x =   - \frac{6}{10} \\  \\ \large\implies \boxed{\boxed{ \sf x = - \frac{3}{5} }}
