\huge \fbox \green{Answer:}

LHS = ( \frac{ - 9}{5}  \times  \frac{ - 10}{3} ) \times  \frac{21}{ - 4}

 =  (\frac{ - 3}{1}  \times  \frac{ - 2}{1} ) \times  \frac{21}{ - 4}

 = 6 \times  \frac{ - 21}{4}  =  \frac{ - 63}{2}

RHS =  \frac{ - 9}{5}  \times  (\frac{ - 10}{3}  \times  \frac{21}{ - 4} )

 =  \frac{ - 9}{5}  \times ( \frac{ - 5}{1}  \times  \frac{7}{ - 2} )

 =  \frac{ - 9}{5}  \times  \frac{35}{2}  =  \frac{ - 63}{2}
