Find radius of conical top.

The diameter of cylinder and the cone is same, so that diameter of cone is = 3m

Radius of cone = 3/2 =1.5 m

Find slant height of conical top.

s = √(r² + h²)

s= √( 1.5² + 2²)

s = 1.5 + 2

s = 3.5 m

Find CSA of conical top.

C.S.A =  πrl

C.S.A = 3.14 × 1.5 × 3.5

= 16.48 m

Find CSA of Cylindrical part

C.S.A = 2πrh

= 2× 3.14 × 1.5 ×2.5

= 23.55 m
