9 +{ 5x/2} = 4.

or 5x/2 = 4 - 9.

or 5x/2 = -5.

or 5x = -5 × 2.

or x = -5 × 2 / 5 .

Therefore x = -2.

\huge\bf\orange{ANSWER:-}

9 +  \frac{5x} {2}  = 4

 \frac{5x}{2}  = 4 - 9

 \frac{5x}{2}  =  - 5

5x =  - 5 \times 2

5x =  - 10

x =  \frac{ - 10}{5}

x =  - 2

Therefore,

-2 is the required solution
