From given data, we find that,

Total no. of balls are 18, therefore 1 ball can be drawn in 18 different ways. Hence sample space is 18.

Now there are 10 non-black balls, therefore 1 non-black ball can be drawn in 10 different ways. favourable event no. is 10.

Now probability = Event no./Sample space

= 10/18 = 5/9
