we know that F=ma

so,F=0.2*v/t

F=0.2*15/0.05=60N

Mass is m=500g which is equal to 0.5 kg

Initial velocity is u=36km/hr

Coverting into m/s

36×5/18= 10m/s

Final velocity=v=-10m/s

-10 because it is reflected with the same speed (it is in the opposite direction)

Impulse=m(v-u)

=0.5×(-10-10)

=0.5×(-20)

=-10 Ns
