40 glasses can be filled if the entire container is emptied.

Explanation

Suppose,  x number of glasses can be filled if the entire container is emptied.

As the juice container was \frac{4}{5} full, so the number of glasses already in the container =\frac{4}{5}x

Ravinder poured 4 glasses from it and then poured 2 glasses back and the container now is \frac{3}{4} full.

So, the number of glasses remaining in the container =\frac{3}{4}x

Thus, the equation will be........

\frac{4}{5}x-4+2 =\frac{3}{4}x\\ \\ \frac{4}{5}x-2 =\frac{3}{4}x \\ \\ 20(\frac{4}{5}x-2) =20(\frac{3}{4}x)\\ \\ 16x-40=15x\\ \\ 16x-15x=40\\ \\ x=40

So, 40 glasses can be filled if the entire container is emptied.
