Answer:

a+b=b+c commutative law

a+(b+c)= (a+b)+c associative law

Explanation:

-10+7= -3 = 7-10

-10+(7+(-3)) = -6 = ((-10)+7)+(-3)

for subtraction

a-b = -10-7 = -17

b-a = -7-(-10) = 3

a-b is not equal to b-c
