Given,

P(A): P(\bar A ) = 3:7

Taking the common ratio between P(A) \,\,and \,\,P(\bar A) as x we get,

P(A) = 3x\\P(A') = 7x

We know that some of the probabilities of an event is 1,

P(A) +P(\bar A) = 1\\\implies 3x+7x=1\\\implies x = \frac{1}{10}\\\therefore x = 0.1

So, now,

P(A) = 3x = 3(0.1) = \bf 0.3

\\ P(\bar A) = 7x = 7(0.1) = \bf 0.7
