We know that radius is the centre of the circle

Using the mid point formula

  x =  \frac{x2 + x1}{2}   , y = \frac{y2 + y1}{2}

Here A(1,2) = X1,Y1

B(5,6) = X2,Y2

x =  \frac{5 + 1}{2} , \:  \:  \:  \:  y = \frac{6 + 2}{2}

 x = \frac{6}{2}  \:  \:  \: , \:  \:  \:  \:  \: y =  \frac{8}{2}

x=3,y=4

Hence the coordinates of point P are 3,4
