  • Carbohydrates, as stated, are made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Example of carbohydrates is glucose, fructose etc.
  • Proteins are made up of combination of different or same type of amino acids. They have characteristic amino group and carboxylic group.
  • Lipids are formed by combination of fatty acids and glycerols.
