 \frac{2x + 3}{5}  +  \frac{x - 3}{2}  =  \frac{2x - 1}{3}

Multiply by LCM (30)

6(2x + 3) + 15(x - 3) = 10(2x - 1) \\ 12x + 18 + 15x - 45 = 20x - 10 \\ 27x - 20x = 27 - 10 \\ 7x = 17 \\ x =  \frac{17}{7}
