Multipying eq (1) by 2 and eq (2) by 3 as LCM of 2&3 is 6

2{3x+y=-1}

6x+2y=-2 ----(3)

3{-2x+3y=19}

-6x+9y=57 -----(4)

Adding (3) & (4) eq we get

6x+2y=-2

-6x+9y=57

11y=55

y = 5

Putting the value of your in eq (1) we get

3x+5=-1

3x=-6

x=-2

Now, y=mx

5=m*-2

m=-5/2
