(area of the roads)=(area of the road 1 +area of the road 2)-(area of the mid square)
(75×10+35×10)-(5×5)
=(750+350)-(25)

rate of paving per sq m = rs.130
cost of paving 1075 sq m = 1075×130
=139750rs
