Q = 90 C

T = 4 Mins = 4 × 60 = 240s

I = Q/T

 = 90/240

 = 0.375

∴ I = 0.375

Given:

90 coulombs of charge is passing through a conductor in 4 minutes.

To find:

Current through the conductor?

Calculation:

Electric current is defined as the rate of flow of charges through a cross-section of the conductor.

 \rm \therefore \: i =  \dfrac{q}{t}

 \rm \implies \: i =  \dfrac{90}{(4 \times 60)}

 \rm \implies \: i =  \dfrac{9}{24}

 \rm \implies \: i =  0.375 \: ampere

So, current through the conductor is 0.375 Amp.
