 {98}^{2}  \\  =  {(90 + 8)}^{2}  \\ using \:  {(a + b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  + 2ab \\  =  {90}^{2}  +  {8}^{2}  + 2 \times 8 \times 90 \\  = 8100 + 64 + 1440 \\  = 9604
here is ur answer.
we can solve it using a plus b whole square.
