(i) Between 1pm but before 5pm = 0.5

(ii) Between 9am to 1pm = 0.355

(iii) After 5pm = 0.14

(iv) Between 3pm and 5pm = 0.236

Probability of the person visiting = number of people visiting during the specified time / total number of people visiting the fair

Total number of people visiting the fair = Sum of people visiting between different times

= 175+125+225+200+120

= 845

(i) Between 1pm to 5pm = people between 1pm to 3pm and 3pm to 5pm / total number

= 225+200/845

= 425/845

= 0.502

(ii) Between 9am to 1pm = People between 9am to 11am and 11am to 1pm / total number

= 125+175 / 845

= 400 / 845

= 0.355

(iii) After 5pm = people between 5pm to 7pm / total people

= 120 / 845

= 0.14

(iv) Between 3pm and 5pm = People visiting between 3pm and 5pm / total number

= 200 / 845

= 0.236
