Step-by-step explanation:

= 9p²q²(3z-12) ÷ 27pq(z-4)

=9 p²-¹ q ²-¹ ( 3z-12) ÷ 27(z-4)

= pq(3z-12) ÷3(z-4)

= pq ×3( z-4) ÷ 3( z-4)

here , now the z-4 and z-4 cancels and 3 and another 3 cancels , which gives you

=pq
