First of all convert the powers into numbers :

 {3}^{2}  \:  =  \: 9

Now we need to Subtract it from 100 :

100 \:  -  \: 90 \:  =  \: 10

Now we have got the answer that in the ‘dash’ we will have to write 10... But we can't simplify it as 10 is not the perfect square or cube...
