I have engaged in so many activities these days, working as a Red Cross member in the relief for the earthquake victims in a rehabilitation camp. This year's earthquake took everyone on aware. The situation in the town is very pathetic. The Government has converted the colleges and some warehouse in town as relief centres for the victims. The government has taken some measures to make provision for the homeless victims, some stakeholder and organisations are taking an active part in the work. I and friends have been helping in sharing some needs material to the victim in the camp. As Red Cross officer we must be engaged in giving and care, the safety of life medically. I derive so much satisfaction out of the work. I pray that may the Lord make the earth a good habitation for us.
