Kezia"s father was a busy man. He could not spend time with her because of his busy schedule. Kezia was afraid of her father as his father had a heavy voice . She used to stutter while talking with her father. One day , she tore up the papers of her father's speech to fill them in the pin cushion for her father's birthday, which she was preparing for him. She was not knowing  the fact that these papers belonged to him. When her father came to know about it, he hit her up. SO, kezia cried . When kezia's mother had to admit in a hospital, kezia was made to stay in the home alone. At the night, she had a nightmare. She screamed so , her father came and picked kezia in his hands and took her in his room. He himself lied besides her on the bad... kezia was fearing out of the nightmare. She held her father's shirt in her hands. And found her father's lap quite hard. Then she realized that her father was a business man,who could not afford time to spend with his family. She earlier used to believe that her father was a creature to be afraid and ignored to, but later she had sympathy in her heart for her father.

Once Kezia's mother fell ill and was hospitalized. She was left alone at home under the care of the cook. At night she had a nightmare and woke up screaming. She found her father standing by her bedside. He picked her up and took her to her room. He tucked her up in his bed and soon fell asleep. Kezia felt secure lying near her. She realized her father was not as big as a giant. She felt the beating of her father's loving and large heart. Finally she realized her father was also very loving.
