I am assuming that your question was to determine the elevation in boiling point.
We know that  ΔTb=i x Kb xm. (1)
first we determine vant hoff factor i.
HA----------->H+. +A-
c(conc of acid) 0(H+ con) 0(A- conc)
c(1-0.20). 0.20c 0.20c
initial concentration=c
final concentration=c(1-0.20)+0.20c+0.20c
=c(1+0.2)=1.2c
i=final concentration/initial concentration
=1.2c/c
=1.2
Now from equation (1)
ΔTb=1.2 x0.52 x0.2. (since Kb of water=0.52)
=0.1248 K ans
