V = 10ms
KE = mgH ( g=10)
KE = 1/2mv²
=> 1/2× 10 × 10 × 10
=> 5×10×10
=> 500
kE = mgH
500 = 10 × 10 × H
500 = 100 × H
H = 500/100
H = 5
