90 ×5/18 = 300 +100/t
25 = 400/t
t = 400/25
t = 4 ×100/25
t = 4×4
t=16sec
25 = 400/t
t = 400/25
t = 4 ×100/25
t = 4×4
t=16sec

Distance covered in crossing the bridge completely is,
s= Length of the train + Length of the bridge
→ 100m + 300m= 400m
v= 90km/h = 90×1000/3600 m/s= 25 m/s
Therefore, the time required for the train to cross the bridge is, t =s/v = 400/25 = 16s
