A 100W, 250V lamp is connected in a series with a 100W, 200V lamp across a 250V supply. Can you calculate the circuit current and the voltage across each lamp?

No, and neither can the person who set the problem, without more information on how the resistance of the lamps will vary with voltage and/or current.

I said I was going to scream if I saw another electrical analysis problem set with lamps as the loads. Consider it done.
