hey there is answer !!!

I hope you help ....

data given .....

Focal length = 12 cm = f

Distance of object lens = u = -18 cm

Object height = h = 10 cm

Convex lens .... for this lens ... using formula ..

1/u - 1/v = 1/f

putting the valve .....of u ,v , and f we get....

1/v = 1/f + 1/u

1/v = 1 /12 + 1/-18

therefore ....

v = 36 cm

................................

magnification .....of image .....

therefore ..

m = v/u = h'/h

m = 36 /-18 = h'/10

h' = -20 cm

(size of the image)

Nature of the image is Real and inverted.
