Height of object =10 CM

focal length = 12 CM

distance of objects = -18 cm

Using lens formula

1/F = 1/v - 1/u

1/F + 1 / u = 1/ v

1/12 +1/(-18) = 1/v

3-2 / 36= 1/ v

1/36= 1/v

36 cm = v

m = v/ u

and

m= height of image / height of object

v/ u = height if image / height of object

36 / - 18 = height of image / 10

-20 = height of image

This negative sign show that the object is inverted.

Nature = Real and Inverted

Size = 20 cm

Position = 36 CM

Answer:

Height of object =10 CM

focal length = 12 CM

distance of objects = -18 cm

Using lens formula

1/F = 1/v - 1/u

1/F + 1 / u = 1/ v

1/12 +1/(-18) = 1/v

3-2 / 36= 1/ v

36 cm = v

m = v/ u

and

m= height of image / height of object

v/ u = height if image / height of object

36 / - 18 = height of image / 10

-20 = height of image

This negative sign show that the object is inverted.

Nature = Real and Inverted

Size = 20 cm

Position = 36 CM
