As per Newton's law

net force on a system is product of mass and acceleration

F_{net} = ma

F - F_g = ma

F = F_g + ma

F = mg + ma

given that

m = 10 kg

g = 10 m/s^2

a = 1.5 m/s^2

now from above equation

F = 10*10 + 10 * 1.5

F = 100 + 15 = 115 N

now the work done is given by

W = F.d

W = 115* 2 = 230 J

so the work done is bringing the mass upwards is 230 J
