a 12m long string is tied to two walls and stretched. A wave pulse travels in it towards forward and then backward in 4 seconds. Find the speed of the wave pulse?

Here it is physics

Now look here the string length = 12 m
Or you can say the distance = 12m * 2 = 24m

Now the time is given = 4 seconds

Therefore the
Speed of the pulse = distance /time
= 24/4 = 6

Therefore the speed of the pulse is 6m/s
