118.

The given series is a combination of two series...Alternate numbers follow one sequence.

(1) 5 , 10, 17, 26 ...
     Differences:   10-5, 17-10, 26-17  are  5, 7, 9 ..
        2nd level differences:   7-5 = 2.   9-7 = 2 ..
     Next number :  26 + 11 = 37.
      so sequence:   5, 10, 17, 26, 37, 50 , 65, 82, ...

(2)  7 , 26, 63, ....
       differences:  19 , 37 , ...
       2nd level differences:  18 = same ..
        so 1st level differences  19, 37, 55 , 73 , ..
     So sequence:   7, 26 , 63, 118, 191, 282 ...

ANSWER:   5,7,10,26, 17,63, 26, 118, 37, 191, 50, 282, 65, ...
