A 150g ball travelling at 30m/s, strikes the palm of a player’s hand and is stopped in 0.05 s. The force
exerted by the ball on the player’s hand is –

here m = 0.15 Kg 
a = v-u/t 
   = 30 X100/5
   = 600 m/s²
