A 15m high tower casts a shadow of 24 m long at a certain time and at the same time,a telephone pole casts a shadow 16m long.Find the height of telephone pole.

tower height=15m
tower shadow=24m
if shadow is 24m then height is 15m
if shadow is 1 m then height is 15/24
if shadow is 16 m then height is 15/24*16
                                                  =10 m
