First find area of the pond
area of the pond= l x b
=19x9
=171 sq.m
Next find area of the park i.e.
Area of the park =l x b
=88 x 49
=4312 sq.m
Now subtract the area of the pond from the area of the park i.e
Area of remaining portion =area of park -area of pond
=4312sq.m - 171sq.m
=4141 sq.m
