A 1cm high object is placed at a distance of 2f from a convex lens, what is the height of the image formed.

u-object distance

f-focus

lens \: formula \\  \frac{1}{v}  -  \frac{1}{u}  =  \frac{1}{f}  \\  \frac{1}{v}  -  \frac{1}{ - 2f}  =  \frac{1}{f}  \\ v =  \frac{f}{2}  \\

Now using magnification formula

m=V/U=Height of image/height of object.
