Human trafficking is considered one of the prohibited thing in India. Human trafficking leads to many dangerous crimes such as organs smuggling and many things. Government implemented many bills for the protection of normal citizens from human trafficking.  

One of such law is known as The Trafficking of Persons (Prevention, Protection and Rehabilitation) Bill, 2018. It also includes rescue of the victim with safe protection. Government also make efforts for the rehabilitation of victims.
