No other forces are acting on it. So we need to find the change in kinetic energy

We know that area under F – X curve will be  

= 3 x 1 + 1/2 x 1 x 3 – 1/2  x 2 x 3 + 1/2 x 1 x 3 + 3 x 1

= 6 J

So ω = Δ k

  Δ k  = 6 J

Therefore change in kinetic energy = 6 T
