(a+2)(a-2) can be solved by the identity, (a+b)(a-b)= a^2-b^2. So,a^2-2^2 = a^2 - 4.
Now (a-1)(a-1) = (a-1)^2
This can solved by the identity (a-b)^2.
So, a^2+ 1 - 2 x a x 1 = a^2 + 1 -2a
Hence,the answer is a^2-4/a^2 + 1-2a
