Question -

  \frac{ {a}^{2}( {a}^{2} - 1)( {b}^{2}   - 1)( {c}^{2}   - 1)}{a(a - 1)(b - 1)(c - 1)}

Solution -

= \frac{ {a}^{2}( {a}^{2}  - 1)( {b}^{2}  - 1)( {c}^{2}   - 1)}{a(a - 1)(b - 1)(c - 1)}

= \frac{ {a}^{2} ( {a}^{2}  -  {1}^{2} )( {b}^{2}  -  {1}^{2} )( {c}^{2} -  {1)}^{2}  }{a(a - 1)(b - 1)(c - 1)}

= \frac{ {a}^{2} (a + 1)(a - 1)(b + 1)(b - 1)(c + 1)(c - 1)}{a(a - 1)(b - 1)(c - 1)}

=a(a + 1)(b + 1)(c + 1)
