Answer:

let the number in the tens place be x.

then the number:- 10x+3

sum of digits :- x+3

According to the question,

x+3 = (10x+3)/7

10x+3 = 7(x+3)

10x + 3 = 7x + 21

10x - 7x = 21 - 3

3x = 18

x = 18/3 = 6

so, the number = 10x+3 = 10*6+3 = 63

Answer: 63

Step-by-step explanation:

Let digit in tens place = x

And digit in ones place = 3

The two digit number = x*10+3*1 = 10x+3

Sum of the two digits (x+3) = 1/7 of the number

So,

x+3 = 1/7 (10x+3)

x+3 = (10x+3)/7

7x+21 = 10x+3

3x = 18

x = 6

Then the number is 63

6+3 = 9

63*1/7 = 9
