According to question:

10x+y=3 (x+y) 1st equation.

45+10x+y=10y+x 2nd equation.

On simplification of 1st equation we get:

7x=2y and the second equation

45+9x=9y

On solving 1 and 2 we get

Y=7.

Substitute in equation 1

We get x=2

Hence sum of digits of the number =27.
