ACCORDING TO FIRST CONDITION ,

=> 10 y + x = 9 + 10 x + y

=> 10 y + x - ( 10 x + y ) = 9

=> 10 y + x - 10 x - y = 9

=> 9 y - 9 x = 9

=> 9 ( y - x ) = 9

=> x - y = 1

GIVEN -
x + y = 9

x - y = 1
